McCracken Country Club is just a short 1 hour drive from Adelaide through the picturesque southern vale wine district and into the spectacular Fleurieu Peninsula.
We offer resort style accommodation with 4.5 star service in a wide variety of rooms, suites, apartments and holiday villas.
The resort is surrounded by manicured gardens and our own championship 18 hole links/lakes golf course, 'McCracken Golf Course'.
We feature the Nicholas Baudins restaurant, an A la Carte experience with sensational views over the golf course and Hindmarsh Valley. Open 7 days a week for buffet breakfast and dinner it is also accompanied by 'Furphys' cocktail bar for that refreshing drink before dinner.
The 'Clubhouse Bistro & Bar' is a relaxed place to enjoy a drink after a day of sport or adventure. Live sport is shown on big screen TV's and a seperate gaming lounge make this spot the place to be for warm and friendly atmosphere.
The resort features a heated indoor swimming pool for all-year enjoyment and a large spa bath, sauna and gymnasium. Flood-lit tennis courts are also available for all guests of the resort.
Victor Harbor is Adelaide's traditional beach-side holiday town. So much to see and do at this old whale town whilst here it's a wonder if you have time! The Whale interpretive centre should be on top of your list and then a casual walk, or horse-drawn tram, across the causeway to Granite Islandto visit Fairy Penquins and frolicking Seals. Great surf beaches along the coast are great for summer swimming or year round fishing. Whale watching in the colder months is always popular as they come close to shore with thier families.
