Surrounded by native bush and very close to Inverloch's beautiful Inlet beach. Private and secure 3 bedroom beach house only 2 minutes walk to Inverloch's beautiful Inlet beach and very close to Surf beach. 15 minutes walk to Inverloch's shops, cafe's and boat ramp.
Sleeps 6 people, bedroom 1 has queen size bed, bedroom 2 has double lower bunk and single upper bunk and bedroom 3 has single bed and single bed bunks. All have built in robes. Linen hire is available for a small fee.
Fully equipped kitchen and a portable gas BBQ. Lots of indoor entertainment including: TV DVD, VCR, books, including a games room with a billiard table and other games. Lounge area with a country style wood heater and reverse cycle Airconditioner.
Bath and shower and separate toilet. Iron, ironing board, and front loading washing machine. Modern furnishings. There is also a carport, boat and trailer parking. Also a secure locked area suitable for parking bikes & motorcycles. No pets.
