Modern elegant cosy unit, right in the heart of Surfers! Within the complex, you can relax and laze around the magnificent lagoon pool and spas or sun bake on the manicured lawns. Or you can be energetic and make the best of the 2 lap pools (1 heated indoor one outdoor), gym, spa and sauna.
The social and business types are very well catered for. Various BBQ area (the main with ocean views), cinema and conference room have been set up. Bookings required for cinema and conference rooms.
Step out of the resort and you are greeted by a huge array of restaurants and cafes. Plenty of shops and venues are within easy reach to ensure you have a memorable holiday filled with plenty of excitement and pampering.
Terms & Conditions.
1. Keys must be collected from our office during office hours. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm. If arriving after office hours please contact office for alternative arrangements.
2. Check-in is 2.00pm and Check out is 10.00am. Please leave keys in unit.
3. Early check-ins and late check-outs will be allowed if available. These will incur and additional fee, equivalent to ½ the nights rate. However early check-ins and late check-outs will not exceed 5hrs on either end.
4. An initial deposit equivalent to 1 day is to be paid immediately.
5. Cancellation Policy: One night stay will be charged, if cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in date.
6. Forward bookings of over 6 months may be subject to tariff changes to reflect current market trends. You will be notified of such change at least 1 month prior to your arrival date.
7. Credit card details provided will be taken for security purposes. Cancellation fees, damage to property, loss of items, chipped and cracked crockery, loss of keys, excessive dirt and soiling will automatically be charged to any credit card provided by you.
8. Any damage discovered upon arrival must be reported immediately. Inventories for premises are checked upon departure.
9. So we can process your credit card payment successfully we require a copy of a valid photo ID with your signature (e.g. driver¿s license, passport). Please forward to our office preferably via email to propcare@rpdata.com.au or fax to 07 5535 1444
10. Rent for the full period will be deducted from your credit card one week before check-in unless charged at source through the website. MasterCard. Visa and Amex payments attract a 1.76% service charge.
11. The agent as duly authorised by the owner, makes all bookings in good faith. On very rare occasions your booking may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owners of the property. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation.
12. The premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period shown on the receipt.
13. Under no circumstances, will pets be allowed in holiday properties.
14. Smoking inside units is not permitted. Smoking leaves lingering odours which may upset other guests. Failure to comply will result in an additional $100 cleaning charge.
15. No responsibility will be assumed for guests personal belongings that are left behind.
16. The number of occupants including children must be specified upon booking. This is a safety requirement and overcrowding will result in immediate termination
17. The guests shall park their vehicles in the nominated/allocated parking spots .
18. Body Corporate Rules and Regulations must be observed.
19. Any printed, written or verbal description of the premises by the agent or its staff is made in good faith but no responsibility can be accepted.
20. A breach of these conditions could result in a cancellation of your accommodation and no refunds will be given.
By paying the deposit on a booking, the guests consent that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions above. Please note that failure to observe these terms and could result in a termination.
