Gourmet granite designer kitchen (fully equipped) with one-and-one half stainless steel sink, electric cooktop, wall oven, rangehood, 370 litre refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Three (3) generous double bedrooms. Master bedroom featuring Sealy king size bed, walk in robe and en-suite. Second and third bedrooms each has two Sealy single XL beds that can be zipped together to make a king bed. All linen supplied (All sheets, blankets, towels etc supplied, including beach towels). Remote control TV’s and Austar (free of charge). Sound system. Security intercom access. Gated security complex with free parking for two (2) vehicles.
