Welcome to "Burnbrow" a traditional bed and breakfast and self-contained cottage located 5 minutes east of Warrnambool just off the Princes Highway at Allansford or 1.5kms west of the intersection of the Great Ocean Road and Princes Highway.

Both are within walking distance of the Premier Speedway, home of the Grand Annual Sprint Car Classic, a short drive to Logans Beach whale nursery and icons along the Great Ocean Road. It is also an ideal location for a stop over midway between Melbourne and Adelaide and/or the Grampians and Ballarat.
Room Features: The B&B - The AAA 4 Star, environmentally friendly, accredited bed and breakfast offers guests a choice of four en-suite rooms radiating from a large guest living area that contains a comfortable lounge, kitchenette and dining area. Bedrooms are individually furnished and decorated to delight different tastes and needs, offering the choice of queen size, double beds or twin share. Suites can be booked individually or as an apartment accommodating up to 9 persons. It is an ideal location for a girl¿s weekend, bridal parties, craft workshops, sporting and family groups. The Cottage: The attractive AAA 3.5 Star three bedroom country cottage with corner spa, standing in its own grounds beside Burnbrow Manor also provides exclusive pet friendly holiday accommodation. The popular cottage is able to offer a diverse range of accommodation options for families and/or groups accommodating from 2-10 persons. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and full size refrigerator, laundry and two bathrooms. Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement. Breakfast is available for an additional charge.
For your stay with us, you may choose from four beautifully appointed (AAA Star Rating 4) guest bedrooms that we have built with the maximum relaxation and enjoyment of our guests in mind. Warm colours, unique reproduction furniture, rich artwork, and find details such as brass fittings in each ensuite shower and bath, lend an ambience of luxurious comfort to each suite. All of the bedrooms are fitted with woollen underlay electric blankets, to keep you warm and comfortable on chilly nights. Burnbrow Cottage (AAA Star Rating 3.5) is a tastefully decorated cosy self-contained cottage set in an attractive garden at Allansford, 5 minutes east of Warrnambool, located beside Burnbrow Manor Bed & Breakfast.
