Downstairs has two living areas, main lounge has TV with DVD and surround sound, 2nd living has TV with DVD, video and playstation 1 plus kitchenette and laundry. The large main kitchen, including dishwasher and dining seats 9 people. Three bedrooms downstairs with bathroom and seperate toilet. Private courtyard out back with Outdoor setting seats 8 people. Quiet court with access to reserve.
Located next to the surfbeach and the frontbeach this spacious 2 storey self-contained 3/4 BR Townhouse is a luxury get-away.
Upstairs comprises: Master BR with ensuite and private balcony. Open plan living room, fully equipped modern kitchen (includes DW and large dining table to seat 8). Upstairs living room opens to a large deck area complete with BBQ and outdoor setting with umbrella (also seats 8). Upstairs living room has a TV/DVD/Stereo system while downstairs there is a TV with VCR.
Downstairs comprises: two bedrooms (each with two single beds); a rumpus room, which can also cater for additional guests, 2 divan couches (suits one adult each). There is also a spacious bathroom and fully equipped laundry.
Lock-up garage and fully enclosed rear yard. Bed and bath linen provided. Fully heated and airconditioned.
