Northside Holiday Villas was established in 1975 and is owned by brothers, Jim & Brian Stynes. The villas consists of 15 fully equipped units surrounded by picturesque mountains and the Derwent River, the major river of Southern Tasmania.
Northside Holiday Villas is located only 2 minutes in walking distance to the Derwent River, Derwent Entertainment Centre, Tattersalls Park racway and the Royal showground. Also, it is an easy reach of shops, shopping centres, restaurants, tourist attractions and many sporting complexes.
