1840 Convict built magistrates house, set on 100 acres of unspoilt bushland. We have 4 rooms, all r/c airconditioned, 2 have a spa and one has a shower.Organic produce served (including organic beef), open fires, wide sweeping varandahs, an abundance of native flora and fauna. There are plenty of country walks available on the property, you can talk to our cows and pat the horses, the goose just likes to hiss and loves toast at breakfast time.The wollombi brook runs through the estate and is home to the waterhen, platypus and fresh native fish, so bring a rod and relax! You can stroll into Wollombi and pick up a local drop and sit infront of a roaring fire or on the verandha. This solid sandstone building stands stately on the left hand side of the great north road comming from Sydney, 2km from the historic township of Wollombi with the famous Dr Jurds Jungle Juice and small boutique vineyards. Wollombi is steep in history with a generalstore and sandstone 1840's churches, museum ( which was the courthouse).
