Fairfield House was built in 1997 and provides a high standard of executive family accommodation. It is sited on 3 acres of absolute coastal frontage with commanding views of Emu Bay and Cape Des'Taing. The property also boasts a "private beach" within metres of the front door.
The layout of the house (floor plan attached) makes it ideal for one or two families with its four bedrooms, the 2 master bedrooms having views of the bay.
