All guests are required to have provide full address and contact details and have a valid credit card at check-in for security purposes, incidentals and extensions of reservations.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all Guests and building residents, the conditions on which all reservations are accepted include a strict behaviour code for all guests. Parties, functions, large gatherings or loud noise are STRICLY PROHIBITED in any of our apartments. Accommodation chages must be paid at check in, at which time a valid credit card and photo ID of the reservation holder must be provided. On check in, each Guest is required to provide a $400 pre authorisation on their credit card. If, in Abacus' abslute discretion, a Guest breaches our behavior policy, the Guest will have their booking terminated forthwith, and will forfeit the $400 pre authorised. The cost of the accommodation is non refundable.
By making a reservation, the Guest agrees to these conditions.
Internet broadband is available for a modest cost
Abacus' buildings are strictly NO SMOKING. It is a condition of your booking of accommodation at Abacus that, if smoking occurs in an apartment, the cost of an extra day's accommodation will be charged against your credit card.
