This 1930s Art Deco two-storey house with gables & a turret has been modernised & furnished preserving its original charm and character of the period to provide quality home-away-from-home holiday accommodation.
RainbowStay is on a Land for Wildlife estate with bush & creek walks and is eco & gay friendly with pets by arrangement.
The accommodation comprises up to 3 large, well appointed bedrooms:
* the Master bedroom with Queen-size Bordeaux bed with 2 Deco bedside tables & Deco lamps (pictured); Deco dressing table (pictured); vanity unit, east facing bay window with blanket box; full size wardrobe, fridge and French doors leading onto your private North veranda (pictured). Sleeps 1 to 2 people.
* the adjoining Black & Gold bedroom has twin single beds which can be made up as a King bed for long stays upon prior request. It's connected to the Master bedroom by French doors also leading onto the North veranda (pictured). It has a bedside table, lamps & chairs, vanity unit, wardrobe & fridge;
* a 3rd bedroom in the new wing has an Edwardian Oak double bed with a private balcony overlooking the pool and is available for parties of 5 or 6 people;
* private lounge room with TV, video, CD, radio, cassette, games table, bay window, French window, library, tourist information & magazines;
*full-size bathroom with bath, separate shower recess, vanity & toilet all using pure rain water as befits this rainforest home;
* private verandas of three sides of the house:;
* a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, toaster-grill & other appliances as well as basics like condiments is available to guests or meals may be ordered; Gas BBQ with grill, plate & hood also available;
* dining room for up to 6 people with telephone with complimentary local calls & complimentary local daily newspaper.
