Mulberry Mansion is a 5-bedroom holiday home (NB. You are renting the entire house), nestled on a secluded lane-way just outside Fremantle, WA. This unique multi level home was designed and built by artists and incorporates all the luxuries of a resort, coupled with an individual mix of artistic expression - Sleeps 10 - 12.
Mulberry Mansion is a truly unique accommodation opportunity. The house combines a subtle mix of natural resources such as limestone, recycled brick and marble. Double story in its basic design, it is staged over 6 internal levels, with five bedrooms, each individually finished and unique. It is set on a magnificent garden with outdoor spa, swimming pool, Balinese garden lounge and alfresco dining.
The house is fully self-contained, featuring a gourmet kitchen, laundry, 3 lounge rooms, 2 bathrooms with spa, modern entertainment area, swimming pool and high quality fittings and trimmings. At just a few minutes from the centre of Fremantle and a short distance to Perth, Mulberry Mansion is central to beaches, city attractions and outlying towns.
Mulberry Mansion has been establishd to provide a resort style holiday home for the Fremantle area. Unique in our concepts and building design we have created an experience that ensures all our guests simply never want to leave.
A truly unique home that incorporates a subtle mix of natural resources under a traditional tin roof. Incorporated into the design of the house are some 120 mini prayer temples imported directly from India, which are perfect for mood lighting when lit up with small tee light candles. Marble floors throughout the ground floor living area and a designer kitchen that has everything.
The house features three seperate lounge areas, one located centrally within the house and includes a CD player and pot belly heater for those romantic nights in front of the fire. Our second main lounge area features high vaulted pine clad ceilings, rich blue carpeting and Gadgets that include a 42inch plasma TV, digital TV, foxtel TV ( all channels including movies and sport) DVD player, CD player as well as luxurious armchairs and couch. ( A vast selection of CDs and DVDs are also available upon request.)
Entrance Hall is a large open plan room with pool/snooker table, ornamental feature pond and palm trees. Custom built kitchen with all the appliances - including gas hob, fan forced electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge, breakfast bar, stainless steel bench tops, full dinner setting for 10, large pantry, toaster, kettle etc etc. Huge custom built dinning table that seats 10. Laundry - front loader washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing, laundry basin, ample cupboards. Double garage with remote door opener. Main bathroom. Huge 3 person spa bath with over head shower built in to raised platform. Finished in hardwood throughout. Large windows. Bathroom 2 - Located upstairs. Newly renovated large open plan bathroom with central shower. Egyptian Cotton sheets on all beds, luxury bath towels and additional swimming pool/beach towels are provided.
The huge landscaped gardens attract an abundance of native birds and are completely secluded and private with activities such as badminton, swimming in the below ground pool (with designer pool area including timber decking and limestone finish, subtle `blue' mood lighting and shaded area with sun-lounges.) or relaxing in the heated spa or custom built Bali gazebo with thatched roof... Coupled with the gentle sound of the waterfalls in the background this is the perfect place to relax and unwind whist enjoying the outdoor bbq area.
