Lyrebird Cottage is a cute 2/3 bedroom house within metres to the foreshore of the Pumicestone Passage.
There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each and the sunroom has a bunk bed and a settee with 2 single mattresses. (House sleeps 6 comfortably or it can sleep up to 8).
On the front of the house is a Navy mural depicting Moreton Bay.
Lyrebird Cottage is airconditioned and has a TV, video, DVD, playstation (on request) and a well stacked bookshelf of interesting books and DVDs. Also there is a doll's house and some little kid's toys and games.
Breakages and damages must be paid for and will be invoiced at replacement cost.
Linen charge is an $10 per person (includes sheets, pillow case, bath towel) unless you bring your own but you must have linen on each bed.
All other bedding is supplied (mattress & pillow protectors, covered doona).
You need to bring- linen (unless included in your stay) toiletries, toilet paper & cleaning/washing liquid.
Cleaning fee- There is no cleaning fee so you must leave the house clean & tidy (as you found it), otherwise a $55 cleaning fee will be charged.
Fridge cleaned, shower wiped, floors swept. Dishes washed and put away. Pet droppings are to be picked up and binned appropriately. Cigarette butts are also to be collected and binned.
Bring your own food from home or you can shop at the local IGA, Woolworths, Aldi or you can dine out at the many restaurants, clubs and take-a-ways.
SMOKING- There is no smoking indoors and all cigarette butts are to binned appropriately.
There is a washing machine and BBQ; undercover for 1 car but plenty of room for extra cars, boat, caravan. And a lockable large shed.
