Swansea Cottages is a collection of suites and 1, 2 & 3 cottages set in a village like setting amongst fragrant cottage gardens and all designed to cater for guests every need.
These beautifully appointed suites and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully self catering cottages offer quality and charm, combined with the homely comforts of today.
Each is fully airconditioned, insulated and equipped with climate controlled heating to cater for all guest needs. Some cottages have lace bed canopies and log fires.
The property also offers a unique spa bedroom attic suite and two storey attic cottage both complete with their own two person spa adjacent the plush queen sized bed in teir upstairs bedroom.
Breakfast can be enjoyed on your own veranda amongst the fragrant cottage gardens before choosing from the extensive array of things to see and do.
Suites are equipped with queen sized beds, a settee, dining suite, ensuite, kitchenette with microwave, jug and toaster as well as a large Liquid Crystal Display(LCD) stereo, flat screen Sony television wall mounted and complimented by Video and DVD player. An IDD Telephone, dial up computer port, and high speed wireless broadband completes the picture!
Cottages have separate bedrooms, full kitchen facilities including dishwasher, even down to Glad wrap and paper towel, lounge room with Sony flat screen stereo television, DVD, Video, CD, Tape player and room theatre sound system for you ultimate pleasure. Additionally each cottage has a fully equipped laundry including auto w/machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and bathroom with hair dryer and "IXL Tastic" Heating. Of course you have your own vehicle parking, private veranda and access to the BBQ Gazebo/Fernery complete with party lights and heaters for those ocasionally cool evenings.
Two tennis courts are available for guest use (small fee)as well as bycycles, fishing rods and a selection of DVD and Videos from an extensive collection.
The property also has direct access to the main beach of Swansea and Swansea Walks as well as a lovely children's playground next door.
Walk to restuarants (200 - 400metres), The Swansea Barkmill Tavern and attraction (50metres) shops and specialty shops.
Slightly further a field is Kates Berry Farm(1km) world renowned for her produce and icecreams as well as many diverse and award winning local wineries.
With so much to see and do be sure to allow enought time to experience much of what the town and area have to offer.
