It was a great few days in Andorra la Vella. Everyone in the Andorra Park Hotel was very service oriented. The hotel restaurant was very good for all meals. They wanted to do everything to make you happy. The town restaurants were friendly and great. We are two times at IZai, a tapas restaurant. Delicious! We enjoyed visiting Roc del Quer overlook and walking across the Tibeta Bridge. Amazing views! We would visit again.

AndBus is very good bus company to go there from Barcelona. Their bus leaves just next to the El Prat airport.
The city centre of Andorra la Vella is nice with many shops, restaurants and cafeteria’s but it is enough for 1 day. Restaurant Big-Ben was a nice French restaurant with variety of foods. Salmon was good!
I would definitely recommend to go the mountain walking tours. I went there with an experienced mountain guide who gives you all the information around the area (history, mountains, endemic plants)
İgnasi was a perfect mountain guide and it is worth to do it!

This place is a year round shopping destination as well as a winter season ski resort. Because of the very low taxes (some non existent) all goods (not just luxury) are at significantly discounted prices than are otherwise applicable in the rest of Europe. Beware however that both French and Spanish border officials are strict about their policing of limits of certain goods (mainly alcohol) that can be brought across their borders.

It's an interesting little capital of a lovely country (or principality, its official designation). I was there in mid-September, a good time for hiking or cycling in the surrounding mountains. The language spoken by native Andorrans is Catalan, but many residents have come from other countries to service the tourist industry, so you will have little trouble if you speak Spanish, French, or English. The prices are reasonable, compared to major cities in other European countries. If you don't have a car, public bus service is pretty good.

Andorra la Vella (the city) is very easy to get by once you get to know their escalators / stairs around the city. It's built in top of the mountain so for most of the walkable/pedestrian streets you need to take a lift in any building you see once you get off the bus station, for example. You will see a lot of parking areas and you can take their lifts to the main pedestrian streets there. Some other buildings like hotels and such will indicate pedestrian crosses THRU their buildings too. We didn't know and asked a policeman who told us of this, otherwise we were kinda lost haha. There's streets that take you to the upper level too, by just walking up the hills, but there seem to be a lot of construction work going on and some of this steep streets are closed off, so it's best to go with the lifts. Fave places: Caldea Spa!! Where to eat: Midtown for brunch and lunch, they have the best american burgers; La Tagliatella for the best Italian pasta; Excalibur for beers, and Criterium Bicycle Cafe for the best coffee and cakes experience!! They even have protein smoothies :) so great! The city center is nice but gets really crowded on Spanish holidays so next time I'll go in the middle of the week and would avoid holidays and weekends.

A wonderful city.
A wonderful city. Around the mountains, there are several walking paths through the mountains from the city. There are thermal springs in the city. The city is lively, there are many modern sculptures, flowing rivers. The environment is very clean. The food in the restaurants is good and inexpensive, and you can choose from various cuisines. The prices in the shops are friendly. I recommend visiting the house museum where the Council of Andorra met. When you buy a ticket, you will also receive an audio guide. People are kind, helpful, they speak English well. I walked around the city because the hotel was close to the center. Easy access to the city by public transport. I went to eat in restaurants near the central street.

I decided to get a massage before leaving. the place is very clean and nice. The massage was amazing. Jonathan is a professional in his field and an interesting conversationalist. I highly recommend that you visit this massage parlor, it is the best thing in this hotel. And I needed medicine, Yonatan said that he had it at home, after the massage I went to the bathhouse and shower, and he went home and brought the medicine, it was very nice and thank you for your help Yonatan. They are doing a lot right: really hot water immediately the tap is turned on (and it seems to last and at any time of
the day); heat. They have individual thermostats that were still on...it snowed. And the only hotel I've been in in 83
countries which had the magnifying mirror at a height a woman could use...with a vanity stool to assist. My compliments.
the room was amazing, breakfast perfect and location the best possible. Actually I still don't understand the people that was complaining in the reviews. The hotel is old? yes, a little bit, but all the furniture is still perfect and beautiful. Was the best price in town when I've been there and I am very happy with the experience.
The location of the hotel is perfect; in the city center of Andorra la Vella. You just step out of the hotel and shops, restaurants, etc. are all around you. It is also easy to make trips to other places in Andorra. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The room is very big and looks clean and neat.
We were offered a change of room. I cannot speak for the original one, but the upgrade was simply the best hotel room I have ever been in. Staff was superfriendly and, though location seemed more oriented towards business and professional meetings, facilities are great for a family trip, too.
The best thing about the hotel is its location. Excellent double! Everything else is also excellent, the comfort of the room, the attention of the employees, the cleanliness, etc. In this sense, the cleaning employees stand out for their good work, their courtesy and their good treatment.
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. A full breakfast was included and the food was very good. The location was right on the main shopping street in Andorra la Vella.
Very nice/new furniture, big and bright space. Super clean and had everything we needed. The location was top:only 5 min walking to the main shopping street in Andorra. Bus stop connecting different towns just few steps outside the hotel. Perfect for big groups!
Hotel located in the heart of Andorra la Vella with easy access to old town. Our room was on 5th floor, facing back (meaning not facing the street "Prat De La Creu"). The room was very quiet. Reception staff friendly, offering some refreshments during check-in.
The room is very comfortable and luxurious.
The staff members are very nice.
The hotel is located right on the main avenue of Andorra la Vella which is very convenient, and there is excellent noise insulation so you don't hear any noise from the street at all.
I had a very quiet room which had none of the usual ambient sounds you get in modern hotel rooms. Lots of space and great view of the mountains You could even open the curtains from a switch by the bed.
Delicious breakfast and a very relaxing atmosphere.
Central location!
Comfortable bed.
Nice view and clean room.
Superb breakfast.
Friendly staff.
The hotel has parking but there are maybe 5-7 spaces so we had to park across the road at the shopping centre parking. Was all good and safe (€19 per day).
Centrally located with lovely views of the river and city of Andorra La Vella. Rooms were spacious, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Andorra.
Excellent location right in the heart of Les Escaldes, 10-15 min by walk to the centre of Andorra la Vella
Room was big and clean, bathroom was great, beds were comfortable, staff was nice and helpful
Hotel is at the start of main drag, at the end is Caldea Spa a 10-15 min walk through town. Behind hotel are hiking trails around the city. They also offer parking which is a good choice.
Great room, very well located, just wakable to Andorra La Vella's center.
Friendly staff, they communicated with us with useful advices.
In situ parking within the hotel's premises.
although it looks like it's there for a while the hotel offers clean rooms and public spaces , very big comfortable rooms , great breakfast awesome stuff and very good location .
Spacious room, nice view. Hotel located at the end of the shopping center. Kinda long to walk tho. All restaurants end services at 3:30pm then, open at 8pm. Shops closed at 9pm.
the room is spacious. for a small country pike andorra, they surely have a very luxurious and big hotel. they even have parking lot that is very comfortable.
