Host was very nice, once we met her. She was not there when we arrived, so we had no idea how to get our room. Her father, who lives in the house in front of the rooms, helped us out.

Beautiful property, wonderful amenities, clean, great location that was walking distances to food spots and shopping. The hostess was great also!!She had out homemade cookies and a bottle of wine to welcome us with. Reli was very helpful with ordering us taxis for the venue of our friends wedding. We felt at home here and will stay again when we come back into Qiryat Shemona.

Metula is a quaint little town tucked into the mountains of the Upper Galil region of northern Israel. In fact Metula is Israel's northern most settlement, surrounded on 3 sides by Lebanon. Metula has a very interesting history whose early residents played an important role in the establishment of many other settlements throughout Israel. There are several nearby water falls and and a not to be missed panoramic view from the Dadu observation point. Metula has many excellent restaurants and very friendly residents who love to speak with travelers.

completely quiet place with mountain view and fresh air.
completely quiet place with mountain view and fresh air. it's possible to turn around for trips in nature like springs, nature reserves, restaurants and kibbutzes. there is a possibility to jump, shoot or skate in the Canadian center. be careful of the dirty swimming pool. there are spring and supermarket in. it is possible to see the Levanon border and farmers working there. it's a problem to be without a car

Metulla is a great location for nature walks and watter activity in the upper Galil or the Golan heights. It's pretty old town with everything you need. sadly, Kannada Center, the most familiar
fun place, looks like it is still the '80:(
Our stay in the hotel was perfect. The best is the staff, they are so nice and helpful! The room is simple but very clean and calm, bed is comfortable, good AC and not too noisy. The shared spaces in the hotel are comfortable and very nicely decorated, giving a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. you can enjoy indoor seating, outdoor space in the garden with sofas, and the swimming pool is big enough to swim and really enjoy. Location is central in Metula next to the restaurants and the grocery store. Highly recommended!
As many other reviewers have remarked, the staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served at our table because of COVID-19 restrictions, maybe not as plentiful as before COVID but satisfying. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The town of Metulla is a very pleasant, peaceful and relaxing place to spend the night - nice place to walk in the evening. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, would recommend it and would stay there again when in Israel.
Extremely lovely staff. Made you feel valued as a guest instead of just another paying costumer.
Comfortable room and a cute little balcony with a view towards the border hills.
Breakfast was delightful.
Excellent location within the main street of Metulla and close to local restaurants/grocery store. We were given great tips by Moshe (front desk) regarding trip options and sights in the area and he was always willing to help out.
Highly recommended.
The two common areas in the two buildings are very inviting and decorated with lovely vintage furniture. The common work area is great, although a make-your-own coffee station there would be nice. The hotel is right next to a really nice coffee shop and on the main street with two supermarket 5min walk away. The view from the rooms is amazing - too bad the hotel doesn't have a rooftop or balcony (but some of the rooms do)
This is a small family hotel, right in the middle os the historicle area of Metula. You feel like you were sent back in time, surrounded by history, but on the other hand very comfortable snd extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The owner and staff were hospitable and interesting. I would definatly stay here again.
Location was excellent, walking distance to markets and restaurants - and Metullah has some great restaurants. The host Teri goes above and beyond, extremely responsive and helpful. Very nice and empathic with great suggestions.
Friendliness of the staff, offered plenty of information about the surrounding area. Spacious, clean rooms overlooking Lebanon. Very fresh feeling about the hotel and lovely garden to chill out. Breakfast was spot on.
the breakfast was outstanding wiuth a variaty of foods all prepared fresh by the owner Mina.

Reasonable value for money.
The swimming pool is good.
Espresso machine in the room was nice.

We did not order the hotel breakfast.
