Staffs are VERY kind and friendly. They really welcomed us truthfully. Room was SO big and SUPER CLEAN and the bedding were really comfy so I slept well everyday. Nice view from the room. You can see the whole lake from the balcony. You can have some cup nuddles and coffee anytime in the public lounge which is open 24hr. Some tablewares, microwaves and hot water are also provided for free in the lounge which is very useful. Strongly recommend this place to you.

I loved the location, the scenery from the hotel, the staff were amazing, organization of all the guests and navigating the hotel with staff assistance was amazing. The breakfast was also super fresh, well presented and nothing ever ran out. It was close to the station like literally downstairs. If you didn't prefer the trains, they also had taxi go and the local bus to use.

The owner also provided high quality device, including bluetooth speaker, internet TV, electronic lantern, and more, that I can enjoy myself at night. Palying the music and drink the beer. At first I expect to get a simple room and prepare my academic presentation, but what I actually obtained was the awesome vocation. The owner himself is very hospital, and willing to deal with any problem. At first day, he just inroduced some local cuisines for me and get the phone call instantly to check the seat. He introduce all the devices in person carefully to make sure the visitors can completely have fun on this island. Very nice person. I seldom type comment in English because my native language is Chinese. However, I really this hotel worth to invite more foreigners, so I try to share my opinion in English.

It was a truly nice experience staying in this hotel. It was close to the station and the bus to the airport was just in front of the hotel! The onsen facilities were nice and it was amazing to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The additional amenities, like a free massage chair, ice creams in the evening, and the yogurts in the morning, as well as the free serving of noodle soup, were great. The room itself was small but comfortable. There is a shower in the bathroom.
