This hotel is surrounded by mountain landscapes and just 1 km from the entrance to the Rondane National Park. To był jeden z najwspanialszych naszych wyjazdów. Spędziliśmy tydzień w świetnym hotelu w przepięknym miejscu. To wspaniała lokalizacja dla narciarzy biegowych. Na trasy wychodzi się bezpośrednio z hotelu. Wokół cisza, spokój, czyste powietrze i przepiękne widoki parku narodowego Rondane. Hotel wspaniale położony w miejscowości Hovringen. Hotel mimo że dość duży to przytulny i taki bezpretensjonalny, dzięki czemu można poczuć się jak w domu. Z pokoju widok na okoliczne góry. Po nartach często siadałam w pokoju i po prostu patrzyłam przez okno w zachwycie. Właścicielka hotelu przemiła i życzliwa, świetnie mówi po angielsku. Bardzo duży wybór na śniadanie, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie a dodatkowo można zrobić sobie kanapkę na narty, czy zamówić do termosu herbatę, kawę czy kakao. Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Hotel Thon Otta położony jest w mieście Otta w dolinie Gudbrandsdalen, 200 metrów od dworca kolejowego. Obiekt oferuje bezpłatne WiFi, bezpłatny parking oraz zakwaterowanie z telewizorem. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking.

Dating back to 1890, this mountain lodge is in Høvringen Village, just 1 km from Rondane National Park. It offers free Wi-Fi, gym access and traditional homemade cuisine. All doors closed and no one’s at the hotel.

Ten tradycyjny, rodzinny hotel znajduje się w górskiej miejscowości Høvringen, nieopodal Parku Narodowego Rondane. Putten Setter is located at "the top" of mountains and you will experience amazing views from nearby hills. Cottage is overall clean, nice and equipped (however some older kitchen equipment could be maybe replaced). But, I really recommend this place and would like to come back some day.

This family-run mountain lodge, just outside the Rondane National Park, is less than 7 km from the E6. It offers views of the Rondane Mountains and Gudbrandsdalen Valley. We actually did not stay in this place as we were moved to another in the same chain (low season and they close some facilities), but I believe they are all similar. really nice staff did a custom dinner just for us (specially for us bought fish), very cozy hall to sit in with fireplace and AMAZING hiking around. also they have a dog living in which for us was a plus.

Situated next to the scenic Rondane National Park, this mountain inn offers an in-house restaurant and individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Ringebu village is 40 km away. The location is roughly a 3hr ride from Oslo airport and a max. 20min car ride away to all kinds of skiing, cross country skiing and hiking opportunities, although a lot of activities can be found just around the property. We liked that it was located in the valley away from big tourist groups. The property itself is very cozy, warm and welcoming. The interior in the main hotel is a very charming mix between antique Norwegian and modern furniture with a main lobby with a fireplace that invites for coffee and tea and a restaurant area. The room we stayed in was one of the newly renovated ones, with a very comfortable double bed and a bathroom with rainforest shower. We were absolutely stunned by the quality of food we were served for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was included in our deal and was organised in a “tapas style” meaning that we could select in advance from a breakfast selection e.g. fresh buns, yoghurt with home made granola, breakfast waffles, porridge etc. Dinner is always a 3 course menu with well selected and local ingredients- we had the first moose stew of our life, which was fantastic! The best thing about Rondane River Lodge are definitely the hosts, you can really feel how much they enjoy hosting people- we had many nice conversations with Benjamin and received useful tips. For us it was the perfect stay, and we’re happily recommending this hotel and will very likely come back!
