U Samui features a swimming pool, restaurant, fitness centre and bar and is located on Bangrak Beach. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with all sea view Rooms. Having read the glowing reviews, I knew I was in for a treat. However, from the moment I checked-in, the U Samui excelled. Beautifully understated, the hotel has a relaxed, contemporary vibe with picture perfect bar, pool and beach area. And, not to be outdone, the guest rooms are bright, spacious and really comfortable, with great beds and shower. And, just so you know, the food is right up there, too. Substantial breakfast buffet with tasty snack and dinner menu, all combined with thoughtful touches like ''Anywhere, Anytime Happy Hour''. However, at the U, the real stars of the show are the amazing staff. Genuine, super friendly, they are 100% invested in making sure you have a truly memorable stay and absolutely nothing is too much trouble ! Too many to mention them all but I'd like to give a quick shout out to Ice, Tata and Ning. So, once again, a huge thank you to Jane and all of her wonderful team for a really special stay. Will definitely be back to see you guys again !!

Right in front of the beach, staff was really helpful and kind and always gave great tips for what to see on the island. We could walk along Lamai beach and it was not as touristy as chaweng. Would absolutely come back!

The pool is large and luxurious and the hotel is right on a beautiful and private stretch of Lamai beach! The breakfast buffet was excellent with a mix of Thai and American food options. The landscaping and details were all very well maintained. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and quiet nature of this property!

Koh Samui i Chaweng en particular , més per platja i descans que per fer visites culturals , no te gaire historia ni monuments importants pero te platges i una vida nocturna bastant bona, aconssellable fer alguna visita a Koh Tao , Koh Nang Yuan o Koh Pangan, aquesta ultima illa interessant per la full moon party

Pel meu gust, Koh Samui és massa turístic. És cert que només vam ser-hi dos dies per fer el trasllat a Bangkok al marxar, i a Koh Tao, però crec que no m'hi hagués quedat.
